The five questions we answer first

  1. What should I record before arranging roof repairs?

  2. Is the document I am asked to sign an estimate or a contract?

  3. How do I compare roofing estimates with different materials?

  4. What should I verify before paying a roofing contractor?

  5. Which local inspections or storm requirements apply to my roof?

How ranking works

Where a RANKED site lists companies, it orders them by points from public signals, comparing each signal with the other companies on the same list, and shows every signal and its points beside each company.
